We’re building long-lasting change in Detroit. In 2013, we were recipients of the distinguished Wells Fargo NEXT Award and launched a fund that will help finance development projects now and into the future.

Charter Advance

Funding for charter schools doesn’t always come through when it’s needed. Charter Advance helped bridge the funding gap by providing affordable and expedient financing to underserved charter schools that are cash deficient from state deferrals.

Green House homes allow older adults to age with dignity in a home-like environment that emphasizes independence and social connections. Our projects in 2013 are giving more aging adults the opportunity to live self-directed lives.

Community Health Centers

We helped provide flexible, below-market financing opportunities to community health centers in California, and delivered training workshops across the country to help other CDFIs do the same.

The New Look

A major rebranding effort resulted in a new name—Capital Impact Partners—and a new look that reinforce our commitment to investing capital and creating capability to help communities thrive.
